New for 2026-2027: Instructional League
Monday Late is going to be our beginner instructional league. Each week, we will have coaches available to help with any questions teams have. You also have the option of registering for a half season, or the entire season. Additionally, we will be introducing skills clinics periodically in the schedule. If you are a new beginner team or just a beginner looking for a team, please email us at [email protected] or show up at the League Registration meeting on October 1st at 7pm at the Curling Club. WhirlyBird Spiel
The WhirlyBird spiel with all of its twists and turns is happening on October 23 and 24. More details and signup is below!
Learn to Curl Signups
Our fall learn to curl events are going to be on October 11th and 12th at 630pm. If you have ever wanted to try out this unique sport, then this is your night! Signup below! 
Mielke Memorial Junior Spiel
This is our first annual Mielke Memorial Juniorspiel honoring Jon Mielke. He was a devoted instructor, coach, player, and friend. His contributions to the game are countless. The Capital Curling Club and our sport wouldn't be what they are today without Jon.

Team and Individual Registrations are Active!
You may begin registering for your teams and your individual registrations online at the links below. 

A few notes: 
  • All teams: New teams and teams looking to transfer to a different league MUST have a representative at the league meeting on October 1 at 7pm at the club. If you are grandfathered and not looking to transfer to a new night, you only have to register below. You do not have to come to the meeting. 
  • Prospective Members looking for a team: Please also come to the league meeting or contact us ([email protected]) for more information. We cannot place you with a team, but we can connect you with team captains (skips) who are looking. 
  • Instructional Leagues from 2025-2026: We will reach out to you in September as we look to start a new curling league!

Roughrider Spiel Registrations!
Our Roughrider Spiel is happening on December 4-6. Registration is currently full, but please email ​[email protected] to be placed on a waitlist.
